Uchiha Sasuke, Park, Afternoon, Rain

Who:  Uchiha Sasuke, So Far.
When: Late Afternoon
Where:  A Rarely Frequented Park
Warnings:  None, Thus Far.
Open? Very Much So.

That overwhelming and undeniably recognizable smell of rain and mud rose up from the ground, and it was wonderful. The grass released fumes of an equally pleasurable measure. It was one of the rare times the city really felt clean-- when it rained. Washing away everything, leaves, twigs, blood, anything-- the water could clean it-- amazing really.

White knuckled hands rubbed together slowly, warming them just a bit from the cold steel of the bench he settled in on. Wrapped up in a deep blue jacket and a red scarf tucked uner his chin. A beanie fitted to his head along with sunglasses-- one could never be too sure when going out in public. Fingers twined with eachother and rested in his lap as his back hit the bench. In the overcast lighting the place was almost majestic.

"Fuck man..." He cursed to himself, for no real reason, the world was overwhelming when you really thought about it. And yet sometimes very small...

He'd broke free of PR duties earlier that day-- it wasn't his thing-- he didn't deal well with people, and it was no real secret, he could rarely go places without people assuming he was bringing trouble-- which he wasn't, he just would rather avoid other people-- and some people just cant take 'no' for an answer.

Though, he'd rarely resort to violence, he'd just get them thrown out.

After all, he was Uchiha Sasuke.

He was out for the day.

...well, he'd snuck out, not very intent on hanging out with managers and people who wanted him to sing certain songs, just for the ratings. Not today.

With his bag slung over his shoulder, his aviator shades perched on his nose, and his hood pulled up, hiding the shock of blonde hair that sat on his head, Naruto made his way anywhere. He was just walking, really, trying to figure out how to explain to the newest guy that no, he wasn't singing some stupid love song, and no, nothing you could say would make him change his mind.

Somehow or another, the young man had ended up within the vicinity of the local park, stepping in mud as he crossed over the grass. That was probably why there was a "Do Not Walk on the Grass" sign, but he didn't pay it much mind. Not when there was an unsuspecting victim sitting there, trying to hide his identity.

Please. Naruto would be able to recognize Sasuke even if he'd changed his face to look like Celine Dion. Hurrying a bit, his hands shoved in his pocket, he made his way over to the bench, standing in front of the relaxing form.

"You know, you shouldn't just cuss like that man. What if there were children nearby? You'd corrupt them or something." A goofy sort of smile spread across his face, his cheeks pushing up his overly-large sunglasses.

Head canted to the side to take in the other, and those ridiculous but popular sunglasses with a soft scoff. " Children don't come to this run down park anymore, barely anyone does-- what're you doing here anyhow?" A cock of one of those thinly shaped black eyebrows as he took the other in.

" Maybe you should run along too, eh, Uzumaki? I might corrupt you too.." He added dryly, his head tilting a bit more backwards to take the others entire body.

Tongue touched against that silver set of rings fastened through his lip, only to have it slip under and clink lightly against his front lower teeth.

The creepers on his feet shifted from side to side as Naruto did, antsy from standing around, even if it was only for thirty seconds. Moving his hands from the depths of his coat pocket (which was far too warm to be wearing as it were) he brought his hood down and slid his glasses on top of his head. They didn't seem to be all that necessary; were simply a disguise from the public.
And hiding wasn't something Naruto was keen on doing. All the same, if he hadn't been in this deserted park, he'd probably have kept them on.
"Eh, they were trying to get me to agree to some stuff, so I booked," he commented with a slight shrug of his shoulders. Blue eyes lifted over Sasuke's head, looking, but never finding. "And dude, seriously? I'm about as corrupt as they come." If his smile could get any wider it did, amused at himself and the situation. "Mind if I sit?"

Without waiting for Sasuke's response, Naruto took a seat next to the other boy, a little too close for comfort maybe. It wasn't an intentional move- Naruto just had little concern for other people's personal space. Arm pressed against Sasuke's he scooted back until his back pressed against the steady frame of the bench.

The abrupt seating of the other caught him a bit off guard, not that he should have been surprised-- at least when it came to the hyperactive blond beside him.

" If I minded, I think you'd have sat anyway," Another dry joke as the corner of his lip twisted upwards just lightly in an almost humor-less smile. " But as you were saying--"

"As corrupt as they get? Just what would make you think something like that is even possibly true. I'm sure if I cut you open rainbows and flowers would sprout out of your corpse." Ugh.

Naruto threw a badly-aimed punch at Sasuke's shoulder, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, rainbows and other gay shit like that. Thanks, I appreciate it." His tone was sarcastic enough that even Prince Moody over here could appreciate it. "I don't really want to test it out though, thanks."

Tone back to normal, and his grin now lopsided, Naruto shifted sideways, bringing one leg up under him so he could fully look at Sasuke. "Why are you out here moping about anyway, Uchiha?" No way would he call him "Sasuke." That was just way too formal. "You just sitting here, looking scary?" He made a small face at the stoic young man, his foot starting to tap with unsettled energy.

The others tone only seemed to amuse the brunette. Arms pulling in closer to himself at the vicinity of the other body as he scoffed, " I'm not sitting here just to look scary, I was enjoying a moment of peace-- that is until you came along."

That smirk grew just a bit after the last words were spoken, but he continued seriously, " Not moping, just enjoying something no one gives a shit about-- some ratty little park that's run down and rusted and forgotten by the city." Feeling he'd said more then he usually did he decided to hush and instead advert his gaze out to the rusted swings that twitched and creaked with the wind, as the mud and plant life grew and settled on the steel bars.

Well, maybe Naruto wasn't the most peaceful person; he could live with that. All the same, he considered Sasuke's words carefully, a little freaked out that the boy had shown him that much insight to himself. Glad, yes, but freaked too.

"Wow. When you talk like that, you almost sound like a decent human." His face was more amused than it should have been towards the other's sentence, but there wasn't much else Naruto could say. "Why don't we go do something. You sit around like a statue much longer, you're gonna get bird crap on you." To emphasize his point, Naruto brushed off Sasuke's shoulder, imaginary bird feces floating off.

Sasuke never ceased to supply the blonde with entertainment, but they'd been sitting, and Naruto's legs were raring to go. Lifting a hand, he scratched at his ear- a new piercing halfway up the cartilage was trying to heal, and it itched furiously.

"Almost?" He scoffed, dark eyes rolling to the other at the brush of his shoulder with a frown, " Do you have to be so repugnant? You could have just stated you wanted to go." But knowing that if he didn't move the blond could only manage to get more annoying.

Pushing forward he came to a stand, adding as an after-thought, " Stop itching that, your dirty little hands will only get it infected." Snatching the others hand-- more so to keep him from itching the new piercing (he'd had a lot even at this point)and gave a tug, attempting to yank the other into a stand--

Impatient as ever.

Repugnant? What did that mean again? Coming from Sasuke, it was probably an insult, and Naruto's mouth formed a very offended position. "Yeah. Almost. If I said I wanted to go you would have been like," he made his voice deeper, and slightly more whiny, "'Then go, I am way too cool to get off this bench of angst.'" Grinning at Sasuke, he allowed the other to grab his hands and yank him off the bench.

Maybe the other had grabbed him too hard, because Naruto was suddenly closer to Sasuke's face than he wanted to be. So he stepped around the slender young man, itching at his ear again. "I don't have dirty little hands! Check 'em!" His arms thrust out, palms towards Sasuke. "I got big hands." Yes, they were dirty. There was no denying that. Waving them a bit as if to pretend to do magic, Naruto pulled them back to himself, spinning on his heel and walking forward a few steps before looking over his shoulder. "So slow," he teased his new-found entertainment. There was no destination in Naruto's mind, but it would probably just end up being his favorite noodle shop. Maybe he could bum a bowl off the moody kid.

" Oi. What do you mean if you wanted to go? YOU did want to go!" He sighed hard in frustration, shaking his head as he watched the others large 'magic hands' act. " And your fingers are dirty, if it gets infected I don't want to hear you yelping all the time like some sort of wounded dog."

" Slow? I'm not slow." He muttered, throwing his glasses back on and heading after the other, kicking up the pace just enough to be at an even stride with the other. " Just because I take my time doesn't mean I'm slow."
